Kargo has been in business for almost 20 years and has seen tremendous growth both on the product and sales side. Relying heavily on referrals and generating business through advertising agencies, Kargo was ready to target brands directly and break into new verticals in this ever changing market.
Prioritizing the top of the funnel and new verticals, Kargo made the decision to partner with OneMarket to help build the SDR organization from the ground up.
After 2 meetings diving deep into specific needs and goals around overall strategy, we came to the alignment of hiring 2 SDRs and 1 AE.
In 4 days, qualified candidates were scheduled for interviews on the hiring manager’s calendar. We created a quick feedback loop to understand even deeper the ideal candidate profile and are able to alter our search criteria.
In just 3 weeks, the team at Kargo had 3 signed offer letters and were all eyes on onboarding. In the first full month of outreach the average number of demos occurred across the new cohort of SDRs was 12 with 1 new logo in month 2.
